Coastal Garden Builds is a local garden company serving the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. We handle the build from start to finish — site assessment, design, and construction — and soil and planting can be added to any package, so your garden is in the ground and growing before we leave.
Whether it’s raised beds in your backyard, elevated planters on your patio, or a full kitchen garden setup, we build around your space, your goals, and your schedule.

What We Build
Every project is built on-site, installed to last, and planted for your specific growing conditions.
Packages & Pricing
Here is what most projects cost. Your exact price is confirmed in person at a free site visit — before any work starts.
Raised Bed Starter
$300 – $600
Two cedar raised beds, built and set up in your yard. Delivery and full on-site setup included.
Garden Expansion
$600 – $1,000
Four cedar raised beds, built and set up as a full garden area. Delivery and on-site setup included.
In-Ground Build — Medium
$600 – $1,200
A medium in-ground garden built into your yard, sized and laid out for your space and sun.
In-Ground Build — Large
$800 – $1,800
A large custom in-ground garden — the full setup, built on site and ready for the season.
Add soil and planting to any package
Soil and plants are add-ons, and most people include them so the garden is planted and growing before we leave. Soil runs $25–$150 and plant selection and planting runs $25–$150, depending on the size of the build.
Also available: vegetable, herb, pollinator and pepper garden planting, garden structures, and seasonal refreshes. Just ask and we will price it with your build.

We Talk Through Your Project
Call or text to describe your space, goals, and timeline. We’ll do some basic research on your sun exposure, how you want to use the garden, and what level of maintenance you’re comfortable with.

We Build & Plant On-Site
We show up with materials, tools, and garden beds. Soil and plants are available as optional add-ons. We build the structure and get everything prepared for the upcoming season.

You Get a Care Plan & Start Growing
We walk you through the finished garden and hand off a simple watering and care guide. Available for follow-up calls, seasonal refreshes, and future builds whenever you’re ready.
